To change your current real estate trust account or establish a new account REALTORS® Affordable Housing Fund (RAHF) account.
- Determine that your financial institution participates in REALTORS® Affordable Housing Fund (see Participating Financial Institutions)
- Review the “Steps to Set Up Real Estate Trust Account”
- Complete the two-page enrollment form. Though the real estate trust account will be set up using the Tax ID# of the MAR Foundation (01-0445046), you will continue to receive all monthly bank statements/correspondence.
- Bring the completed enrollment form to your financial institution
